Morey Inspection Services 2010 Prices General Pricing is based on the size of the home.  We're not the cheapest, just the best.  Our prices are competitive and reflect "time spent" on the job, in the field, as well as our high quality, informative, report preparation and delivery standards. All home inspections are performed in accordance with all ASHI and State of Connecticut standards of practice for home inspections. All home inspections include a wood destroying insect and rodent inspection. Environmental testing, including Well Water analysis, Radon testing, Lead Testing, Mold Testing, etc., carry additional, separate, fees.  Please call for up to date pricing on these tests. Minimum House and Condo Inspection (up to and including 900 Square Feet) = $375.00 1000 sq. ft. to 1500 sq. ft. = $575.00 1600 sq. ft. to 2200 sq. ft. = $675.00 2300 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft. = $750.00 3100 sq. ft. to 4000 sq. ft. = $775.00 Above 4000 sq. ft. add $100.00 per 1000 sq. ft. All radon tests are $150.00 for 2 electret monitors (two printed results with average) with NRSB and State Certified Results (NRSB Certification # 8SS0012) Well Water Analysis for Bacteria and organic compounds is $150.00 Radon in Well Water analysis is $100.00 * All Septic Inspections are performed by the Customer’s Chosen Contractor – Morey Inspection Services does not perform septic inspections of any kind.
